In a joint effort to help the families impacted by the recent May 2011 Tornado in Joplin, Mo., Sustainable Design, Inc. has entered into a strategic agreement with associate Capital Specs, LLC out of Marlboro, MD. In hopes of creating design standards compliant with the City of Joplin and those established through Sustainable Design, we will be helping to provide the families of Joplin with guidelines to rebuild their homes sustainably and economically while providing hope for the future of Joplin.

With over 8,000 homes destroyed and hundreds of families displaced, the families and the City of Joplin, Mo. are struggling to come to terms with the devastation of the recent Tornado. Through the help of our associates, we hope to help provide direction to those most in need.

Through a strategic agreement with associate Melina Meshako of Capital Specs, LLC, we are working jointly to assure compliance to the developing changes taking place in Joplin, Mo.
